Deans Marsh Under 13's (Junior Rats)
2006/07
The committee of the Deans Marsh Cricket Club was committed to establishing a Junior team this season after the success of the Milo 'Have a Go' program run last year at the local primary school. Our thanks to Ramon More for his ground work in generating interest amongst local juniors in Deans Marsh and Birregurra. Ramon's enthusiasm guaranteed the numbers at short notice to nominate a team in the Friday night competition. Thanks also to the Lorne Cricket Club for their generous support, allowing the use of their junior cricket kit for the season. Thanks to Luke Sayers for managing the team along with the dads, Phil Steenholdt, Damian Melican, Craig Collins and Mark McFarlane. The 2006/07 team are Jack Melican, Jessie Steenholdt, Josh Weatherhead, Declan Collins, Siobha White, Cameron White, Steven Robb, Josh McFarlane, Michael Buckle, Jake Gill, James Parish, Tom Cotton, Nick Stewart-Wright and Sam Jones. |
